Pizza by the slice is huge. Always my favorite pizza place when I go to the beach. Friendly staff working hard and the only place I eat the crust. Crispy crust, not chewy. Reminds me of up north.
Best pizza in Wilmington!! Gigantic pizzas by the slice up to “godfather” size, more than 24” in diameter. We started with a Hawaiian and pepperoni/mushroom but had to go back for seconds (despite already being stuffed). Thanks Michelangelo’s for your phenomenal customer service and excellent experience!
We were traveling and in the area for a few days. We wanted local pizza for dinner one evening. It was outstanding. We ordered three different pizzas. They were all delicious!
I always come here for a few slices and always love it. I got a sweet heat(pineapple, bacon, chicken, broccoli, with a sweet and spicy drizzle) , and pepperoni sausage. They do some modern flavors while mixing it up as well. The slices are a great proportion also! Real ninja turtle vibe.
Michaelangelo Pizza is fabulous baby. No, really, it is one of the best tasting pizzas I've eaten, and their cheese steaks, dam! My wife has given me a couple of bites of her calzone, and wow, it was delicious. They are not skimping on the meat with the sandwiches, and the pizzas are great sizes. You can't go wrong with having your meals here, so join me and see
I am finally getting around to writing a review for this awesome place. Every time I say I’m going to do it, I forget to take some pictures, I usually get home and forget and then I remember after I’ve devoured the veggie Stromboli! Since moving to Wilmington almost 10 years now, I frequently go here at least 4 times a month, it’s always perfect every time. I always get light cheese and sometimes it is a bit more than light, but mostly it’s perfect. I get the same thing every time and every time it’s magical! The price is right, the service is prefect and these guys are just the coolest! If you have not been here, you should, now I can only speak of the one here on Eastwood, but I’m sure all the locations are good, but this review is for this store only. I think these guys would appreciate my album, “Unclassified.” I’m thinking for them, “Time” the instrumental, it’s like cool jazz, like purple, like being there, you dig? Thanks guys for some great food!
Food is great, but this is a college pizza joint that's been around as long as I can remember. Do you want a great slice, or some fancy decor? If a slice is what you're after, you have to try this place.
